Following a 2-1 victory over USSR, Natus Vincere will now join DTS in the ASUS Spring 2011 Grand Final.
Starting the semifinal battle on de_nuke, the map Storm upset the IEM5 World Championship winners on yesterday, Natus Vincere were able to post a convincing 11-4 scoreline to halftime.
The Ukrainian giants continued their high-tempo pace and only let USSR get a hold of one round during the entire second half, ultimately settling the final map score at 16-5.
Zeus & Natus Vincere claim first map
On the following map, de_dust2, the competition heatened, with USSR starting to hit their shots more than what can be said about the previous map, managing a 8-7 lead as the first half concluded.
The second halftime proved to be a hard haul for both teams, with USSR continuing to hit their shots. Their efforts eventually paid dividends, as the Russians posted a scoreline of 16-14.
USSR's micE helps team secure second map
On de_tuscan, Natus Vincere utilized whatever juice they had left and were able to overcome USSR with a fashionable score of 11-4 when the first halftime came to an end.
While USSR managed to score an additional six rounds, it was not enough to keep up with the Ukrainian team, who sealed the deal at 16-10.
